- 1 lb. aspargus spears
- 1/2 C. bottled poppyseed dressing or Italian dressing
- 1 t. gratedorange peel
- 1 T. orange juice
- 8 C. fresh spinach
- 3/4 - 1 lb. cooked turkey
- 1/4 C. pecan halves

Step 1
Snap off & discard woody bases from asparagus. Cut into 1" PIECES.BAKINGDISH W 2 t. WAT
pLACE ASPARAGUS IN 1 QUART MICROWAVE BOWL.
cOOK ON HIGH FOR 5 TO 7 MIN. STIR ONCE. drain. rinse w cold water. let stand in cold water til cold.
in bowl mix together poppy seed or italand tian dressing,organge peel,and orange juice.
In salad bowl, combine asparagus,greens,berries &turkey. add dressing mixture and toss.
