Cannoli Cheeseball

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. brick cream cheese, at room temp
  • 1/2 c ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c powdered sugar
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1-3/4 c mini chocolate chips, divided
  • Vanilla Wafers or graham crackers for serving

Preparation

Step 1

In med bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add ricotta, powdered sugar and cinnamon and beat until combined. Stir in 1 c of chocolate chips.
Dump mixture out onto piece of plastic wrap. Gather around top, squishing it into a ball. Refrigerate for one hour.
Place remaining 3/4 c of chocolate chips on a plate or shallow dish. Open plastic wrap and roll cheeseball filling in chocolate chips, coating thoroughly.
Serve with vanilla wafers or graham crackers.
