Beef Tips with Red Wine Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Beef Tenderloin
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • 3 Chopped Shallots
  • 1/3 cup Red Wine
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1/4 bup Heavy Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Marinade meat with Soy Sauce and Pepper, then fry in Olive Oil, Garlic, shallots, then add red wine, mustard, beef broth, and heavy cream.

Simmer for about 8 minutes to thick, reduce, heat, then serve with meat.
