Ingredients
- 2 lbs. white chocolate
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 4 cups crispix cereal
- 2 1/2 cups pretzel sticks
- 2 1/2 cups roasted, salted pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate and oil in a large bowl.
Stir until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients with a spatula til all are coated with chocolate.
Line 3 cookie sheets with wax paper.
Spread mix over wax paper and allow to cool till set.
To Roast Pecans:
Spread pecans over a cookie sheet and bake in a 250° oven for 20 -30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Add 2 Tbsp. butter and sir until pecans are well coated.
Roast 5 more minutes and salt to taste.
