Ingredients
- 1 can peas
- 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 2-3 dill pickle relish
- 1/2 cup cubed or grated cheddar
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and cool in refrigerator for at least one hour. Makes 3-4 servings.
