Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 TB butter
  • leftover cold rice, 2-3 cups
  • 1 egg
  • Light soy sauce
  • Veggies or meat, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Melt 1 TB butter in a pan. Crack 1 egg into pan. Scramble the egg with spatula or fork. Add rice and combine. Add soy sauce to taste. Add peas, carrots, zucchini, or other cut up veggies. Serve.
