Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup egg beaters
  • 1 1/2 cup 1% milk
  • 3/4 cup low fat bisquick (white box)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 garlic gloves chopped
  • 20 ounces of frozen broccoli
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium red pepper
  • 4 ounces part skim mozzarella shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw rinse and drain broccoli
Put 1/2 broccoli in 11x7 glass pan sprayed with Pam
Put 1/2 onion, 1/2 pepper and all of cheese on top of that
Blend egg beaters. Milk bisquick salt pepper and garlic in blender until
Smooth
Pour mix over broccoli in pan.
Bake 400 for 50 min or lightly brown
If larger pan may cook less time
3 points for 1/6 size piece
