Parmesan Baskets

Fill with a light salad of arugala and citrus dressing.

Ingredients

  • 2 C Parmesan cheese
  • Cumin or fennel seeds
  • sil pat or parchment paper

Preparation

Step 1

Pre Heat oven to 375 degrees

1. Sprinkle grated parmesan onto sil pat or parchment. Form into desired size and shape.
2. Sprinkle with cumin seeds.
3. Put in oven and melt until slightly golden.
4. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly and start to set.
5. Using a palate knife ease the parmesan pancakes from the mat and drape over or into a mold (muffin tin)
6. Allow to totally cool and set before removing.

Can also be left flat and served stacked with ceasar salad.
