Ingredients

  • 28 ounces spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 pounds uncooked Italian turkey sausage
  • 10 uncooked manicotti shells
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 deg. Spray 13 x 9" pan. Spread 1 C sauce in dish. To remaining sauce, add water and mix well. Divide sausage into 10 pieces; roll into log shapes. Place in shells and put into pan. Top with remaining sauce. Cover tightly with foil; bake 1 hour and 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; bake uncovered 10 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
