Ingredients
- 24 mushroom caps
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 pound sirloin, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1 T butter
- Dash Worcestershire sauce
- Dollop creamy horseradish sauce
- fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place cleaned caps, rounded-side up, on baking sheet and coat with nonstick spray. Flip over and spray again; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. Bake at 375 F for 15 minutes, turning once.
3. Cook sirloin pieces with butter for 2 minutes over medium-high heat.
4. Add dash of Worcestershire.
5. Spoon dollop of horseradish into each cap, sprinkle with parsley, and add sirloin.
