Ingredients
- 100 wonton wrappers
- 1 3/4 ground pork
- 1 tbsp ginger root, minced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp seasame oil
- 1 egg beaten
- 5 cups Chinese cabbage, finely shred (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine pork, ginger, garlic, green onion, soy sauce, seasame oil, egg and cabbage. Stir until mixed well
Place a heaping teaspoon of pork filling onto each wonton skin. Moisten edges with water and fold edges oer to form a triangle shape. Set dumplings aside on a lightly floured surface until ready to cook
To cook: steam dumplings 15-20 min (dumplings will stick!) or in oven on 400° for 12-15 min for crispy
Serve!
