Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 8 oz medium cheddar cheese, grated
  • 8 oz Monterey Jack with jalapeno peppers, grated
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 4 T mayonnaise
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Almonds or pecans, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first two ingredients in a bowl with hands.
Add sour cream, mayo, onion, celery, and pepper.
Pat into the shape of a ball.
Place on serving tray.
Pat nuts on the ball if desired.
Chill overnight.
Serve with crackers.
