Broccoli soup

  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 2 1/2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup (12 oz) Velveeta, cubed
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Melt margarine in large saucepan on medium heat. Add flour. Stir in milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until Velveeta is melted and soup is heated through, stirring often.
