Ingredients
- 3 Chicken Breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 oz sour cream
- 1/2 tube Ritz crackers
- 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
- 1/2 butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Put chicken breasts in greased square casserole dish. Combine chicken soup and sour cream; spoon over chicken. Sprinkle crushed crackers and poppy seeds over top; drizzle butter over casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve over steamed rice or pasta.
