Pasta '3 Peppers

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Uncooked Farfalle (bow tie) Pasta (8 oz.)
  • 1 Tbs Olive or Veggie Oil
  • 2 sm. Green Bell Pepper - cut into 1/4" strips
  • 1 sm. Red Bell Pepper - cut into 1/4" strips
  • 1 sm. Yellow Bell Pepper - cut into 1/4" strips
  • 4 cups Tomato Pasta Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1 Cook & drain Pasta as directed on Package.
2 While Pasta is cooking, heat oil in 10" skillet over Med. heat. Cook Bell Peppers in oil ~ 5 min., stirring occasionally, until crisp - tender.
3 Stir Pasta sauce into Peppers. Simmer uncovered 15 min. Serve over Pasta.
