Lemon Cream

A lemon filling for cakes

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup lemon curd

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl stir confectioners sugar into yogurt.


In medium bowl beat cream on high speed until stiff peaks form; fold into yogurt mixture and refrigerate.

Spread between layers of cake
