[Almond] Butter Raspberry Cream Pie

I'm substituting almond butter for peanut butter.

Ingredients
- 1/2 c [almond] butter
- 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 2 c milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 T flour
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1 small box of raspberry Jell-O
- 2 c raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- whipped cream
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix [almond] butter & powdered sugar together until it forms little balls.
2. Put the mixture on the bottom of a cooled prebaked crust.
3. Heat milk in saucepan.
4. In separate saucepan, combine egg yolk, flour, sugar, vanilla, & salt.
5. Once milk is heated, slowly add to flour & sugar mixture in saucepan, stirring constantly while heating.
6. Continue stirring until mixture comes to a boil.
7. Cool, then pour on top of [almond] butter crumbs.
8. Prepare a small box of red raspberry Jell-O according to package directions.
9. Cool, then add 2c raspberries to Jell-O.
10. Let Jell-O cool & thicken slightly (it should be thick enough to be firm but not so thick it isn't pourable), then pour on top of pudding.
11. Add whipped cream & serve.
