Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1/3 cup sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Shape the beef into 6 patties. Cook the burgers until browned on both sides. Drain off fat.
Stir in the soup and ketchup in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the burgers to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the burgers are cooked through. Stir in sour cream. Serve with buns or bagels.
