Ingredients
- 3 lbs beets, peesed and cut into wedges
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Wrap beets in large piece of heavy duty foil (or double-thickness regular foil). Roast in 325F oven until fork-tender, 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
2. Transfer beets to a serving dish; sprinkle with oil, vinegar and salt.
