Ingredients
- 1 3/4 sticks butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 TBS water
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Boil butter sugar water and salt to 300 to 325 degrees. Turn off flame.
Add vanilla and pecans.
Pour onto a well buttered cookie sheet. Spread then let cool.
Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips in microwave or double boiler.
Spread over toffee, cool and break into pieces
