My Scampi

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 2 Tbs Parsley
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 6 Lg Shrimp & Shells

Preparation

Step 1

Heat all but shrimp in skillet (including shrimp shells)being careful not to burn butter and herbs.Simmer on low for about five mins.
Butterfly Shrimp and add to sauce. Cook two to three mins on each side.
Serve over pasta or rice.
