Ingredients
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup italian flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, fresh
- 2 cups quinoa, cooked and cooled
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup Simple Truth olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare quinoa as directed on package; cool.
Toss together all ingredients. Chill for 1 hour or more to allow flavors to blend.
