Ingredients
- 1 bunch green onions
- 2 Cans Chicken Broth
- 2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 Can corn - drained
- 1 Can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 TBLS Chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 pound Velveeta
- 2-3 C shredded cooked chicken
Preparation
Step 1
Brown diced green onions in 1 TBLS butter or oil, then add broth, soup, black beans, corn and tomatoes.
Cook at medium heat until almost boiling, then add
chili powder, cumin, Velveeta and chicken.
Continue to cook at medium heat until cheese is melted.
