Seven Minute White Icing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup karo syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cook over boiling water for 7 minutes, beating constantly. Remove from heat. Add vanilla & beat until thick enough to spread.
