Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb hot sausage, out of casing
  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium white onion, chopped
  • 2 chili seasoning mix (3/4oz)
  • 2 cans kidney beans (16 oz)
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes (14 oz)
  • 2 cans tomato paste (6 oz)
  • 2 cans chicken broth (15 oz)

Preparation

Step 1

Crumble sausage and ground beef in a large skillet. Add onion and cook over med-high heat until partially cooked
Place meat mid in the crock pot
Add remaining ingriedents and mix well
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours
Serve!
