Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. pepperoni, chopped in small pieces
  • 1/4 lb. turkey, chopped in small pieces
  • 1/4 lb. genoa salami, chopped in small pieces
  • 1/4 lb. deli ham, chopped in small pieces
  • 1/4 lb. provolone, chopped in small pieces
  • 1 onion finely diced
  • 1/2 head lettuce, shredded and chopped
  • 1 tomato seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. dried oregano
  • 1 Tbs. dried basil

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine all deli meats, cheese, onion, lettuce and tomato.

In a small bowl whisk mayo, oil, oregano and basil.

Pour mayo over mixture over meat mixture and stir to combine.

Serve with sliced bread or crackers.
