Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley
- 2 lbs clams
Preparation
Step 1
Clean clams in a bowl of water and corn meal for 1hr. Let soak and scrub clean
Melt butter over medium heat in a medium saucepan
Add garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until garlic is fragrant but not burnt
Add wine and increase heat to med-high until wine is boiling
Add clams and cook covered for 5-7 min, stirring occasionally until clams open
Add parsley and stir
Serve!
