Potato Gratin

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Red Potatoes
  • 1/2 lb butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

• Boil potatoes in lightly salted water until falling apart
• Preheat oven at 350 degrees
• Add softened butter to the drained potatoes.
• Next add the sour cream, bacon bits and chives
• Add salt and pepper to taste
• Place mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
• Bake until top is golden brown
