Ingredients
- 12 oz. jar marinated aritchoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. diced pimento
Preparation
Step 1
Place chopped artichokes in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients.
Cook on low 1-1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve with tortilla chips
