Dip - Artichoke Dip (slow cooker)

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. jar marinated aritchoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. diced pimento

Preparation

Step 1

Place chopped artichokes in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients.

Cook on low 1-1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.

Serve with tortilla chips
