Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes, peeled and sliced, divided
- 1 small onion, diced and divided
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and coarsely chopped, divided
- 10 2/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
Step 1
Spray interior of slow cooker with cooking spray.
POlace half the sliced potatoes in bottom of slow cooker. Top with half the chopped onion, cheese, and bacon.
Repeat layers in order listed.
Pour soup over bacon.
Cook on high 1 hour and then on low 5-6 hours or until potatoes are tender but not mushy or dry.
