Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef (OR DEER MEAT)
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions (or chopped green chilies)
- 1 to 2 Tbs Chili Powder
- 2 10 oz cans of Enchilada Sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbs cooking oil
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded monetary jack cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef & onions, drain.
Add chili powder and mix together.
Stir in ONE can of enchilada sauce, garlic and pepper. Simmer for 20 min.
Heat cooking oil and dip tortillas in oil until limp.
Put meat mixture into tortillas, top with cheese and roll. Leave a small portion of meat and combine with last can of enchilada sauce. Pour down the middle of the enchiladas.
Bake covered at 350 for 20 minutes.
