    cups sifted CAKE FLOUR

Directions

Heat oven to 325 in a stand mixer cream butter and then add sugar gradually and beat until fluffy adds eggs one at a time and beat will beat in vanilla and lemon juice gradually add flour until thoroughly incorporated pour batter into a grease and floured 10 inch tube pan cook for 1 1/2 hour our until a pick inserted in the center come out clean cool in pan for 5 minutes turn out on rack, cool completely best when make 24 hours before serving flavor intensifies
