Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can beef with vegetable and barley soup, undiluted
- 1 can golden mushroom soup, undiluted
- 3 medium uncooked potatoes, cut into small cubes
- 4 medium carrots, sliced 1/8” thick
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 pastries (for double crust pie)
Preparation
Step 1
Cook beef and onion, drain. Add soups, potatoes, carrots, salt and pepper; mix well. Divide mixture in half.
Put crust in pie plate. Put in 1/2 of meat mixture. Roll out pastry to fit top of pie, place over filling and seal. Cut slits in top. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes.
