Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/4 c. uncooked brown rice
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1 can celery soup
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 325. Melt butter in large saucepan. Add soups, rice and almonds. Mix well. Spoon half of rice mixture into greased 13x9 dish. Place chicken pieces on top and cover with remaining rice mixture. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 15 minutes longer. If seems too dry, cover lightly with foil last 15 minutes.
