Hungarian chicken paprika

Ingredients

  • 5 lb. chicken
  • rub with salt & lemon
  • 4 onions
  • 4 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2-3 Tbsp. hungarian paprika
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 18 oz. egg noodles, cooked

Preparation

Step 1

Fry onions in butter and sprinkle with paprika. Add chicken and stir. Cover, simmer about 1 hour. Add sour cream just before serving over egg noodles.
