Ingredients
- 5 lb. chicken
- rub with salt & lemon
- 4 onions
- 4 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 2-3 Tbsp. hungarian paprika
- 1 pint sour cream
- 18 oz. egg noodles, cooked
Preparation
Step 1
Fry onions in butter and sprinkle with paprika. Add chicken and stir. Cover, simmer about 1 hour. Add sour cream just before serving over egg noodles.
