Ingredients
- 1 pound raw pecan halves
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the above ingredients in the slow cooker. Stir pecans to coat with honey and spices.
Cover and cook on high for 15 minutes.
Turn on low, stir occasionally and cook for approximately for 1 hour.
Transfer nuts to a baking sheet and cool completely.
Store in an airtight container.
