Ingredients
- 1 package frozen hash browns
- 1 pint half ‘n half
- 2/3 cup Velveeta cheese
- salt
- 2 sticks butter
- pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cook cheese, butter and half ‘n half until melted. Pour mixture over
hash browns. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
