Ingredients

  • 8-10 Jalapeno’s
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 16 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 2 Tsp black pepper
  • 4 large onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp Alum
  • 2 1/2 cups vinegar
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Cook 2-3 hours. Makes 8 pints
