Cheesy Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups noodles
  • 8 oz. Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Preparation

Step 1

In large skillet, brown the ground beef; drain. Stir in water;
bring to a boil. Stir in noodles. Simmer 9 minutes or until
noodles are tender. Add Velveeta and soup; cook until
cheese is melted; stirring frequently.
