Mini Cheese Balls

  • 1 package (8-ounce)creamcheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon onion soup and dip mix, Upton's Recipe Secrets
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and soup mix. Roll mixture into bite-size balls. Insert a wooden pick in each ball. Roll the bottom half of the cheese balls in pecans. Chill cheese balls for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
