Ingredients
- 8 ounces of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 tablespoons of cubed butter
- 1 cup of flour
- 3/4 teaspoons of salt
- 2 tablespoons of cold water
Preparation
Step 1
Add all your ingredients except the water into your food processor. Pulse the ingredients until the dough looks like coarse sand.
Add your water one tablespoon at a time, pulsing the ingredients as you go.
Remove your dough from your food processor. Wrap your dough in plastic and then chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Roll out your dough and cut into desired shapes. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, or until crispy.
