Bloody Mary Tomatos

Ingredients

  • dip:
  • cherry tomatoes
  • 2/3 cup vodka
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 10 drops tabasco
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/3 cup sea salt
  • zest of one lemon
  • one minced garlic clove
  • finely diced rosemary

Preparation

Step 1

cherry tomatoes, cut the stem part off, so they can sit flat. Cut a small cross on the other side of the tomato, so it helps them absorb more. Marinade:
2/3 cup vodka, 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce, 10 drops tabasco, 1 minced garlic clove. 1/3 cup sea salt, with zest of one lemon, one minced garlic clove, and finely diced rosemary, or herbs of choice. Marinate the tomatoes at least a day. Save the marinade for a bloody mary.
