Ingredients
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp. dried onion
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 3oz. chopped mushrooms
- 1-10 oz. pkg. broccoli
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 6 oz. shredded mozzarelli
- 1 6 oz. sliced ham
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles & drain. Melt butter and blend in flour, onion, garlic & pepper. Add chicken broth & milk. Cook & stir until bubbly. Stir in first 1/2 cup cheese & mushrooms. In 13x9 pan layer half noodles- all broccoli, chicken, & mozzarelli & 1/3 cup milk mixture. Top with ham, remaining noodles, & remaining noodles, & remaining milk. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 350* for 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
