Fudgy Cake Mix Brownies

Fudgy cake mix brownies are so rich, dark, and yummy, no one will guess that they aren’t homemade! Perfect when you need dessert in a hurry.

Ingredients

• 2 boxes dark chocolate fudge cake mix, roughly 18 ounces each
• 1 5 ounce box instant chocolate pudding mix
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup butter, melted (2 sticks)
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, or milk chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom only of a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
In the bowl of your mixer, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, melted butter, and chocolate chips. Blend on low speed until a thick batter forms. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
Bake for about 15 minutes, until bars are puffy and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
