K's Roasted Brussel Sprouts

  • 1-1/2 lbs. brussel sprouts, halved
  • 3 T. olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 T. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 heaping tsp. honey



Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with foil, and spray with Pam. In large bowl, toss brussel sprouts with 2 T. olive oil, kosher salt and pepper. Transfer to baking sheet and roast, stirring occasionally to ensure even browning, until tender and caramelized, about 20 min.

Place brussel sprouts back in bowl, add remaining T. olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey, and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
