Ham and Cheese Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup bisquick
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/3 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/3 cup diced onion

Preparation

Step 1

Beat the milk, oil, and egg.
Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened.
Divide batter among 12 regular muffin cups or 30 mini muffin cups, greased and floured.
Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
Serve warm.
