Ingredients
- 1/4cup1/4 cup white sugar
- 1teaspoon1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4cup3/4 cup butter
- 3cups3 cups white sugar
- 33 eggs
- 66 very ripe bananas mashed
- 1(16 oz) container1 (16 oz) container sour cream
- 2teaspoons2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2teaspoons2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2teaspoons1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3teaspoons3 teaspoons baking soda
- 4-1/2cups4-1/2 cups flour
- 1cup1 cup walnuts optional

Step 1
Preheat oven 350 degrees grease or spray four 7x3 inch loaf pans
in a small bowl mix 1/4 cup white sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon dust
pans lightly with mixture
In a large bowl cream butter and 3 cups of sugar. Mix in eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream vanilla and cinnamon. Mix salt, baking soda and flour
in. Stir in nuts. Divide into prepared pans
Bake for 1 hour until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
I made 1/2 recipe and put in one large loaf pan and one small one.
