Foil Wrapped Salmon with Herbs and Lemon-Campfire Cuisine

For this recipe, layer herbs, lemon, and spices on salmon in tin foil and place directly in the fire for a quick and easy gourmet dinner at the camp site.

Ingredients
- 4 salmon filets
- 8 slices of lemon
- 4 sprigs of dill
- ICBINButter spray
- 2 garlic gloves, minced---DELETE
- 1 shallot, sliced---DELETE for LC
- Olive Oil oe ICBIN butter spray
- Sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper
- Tin foil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Season salmon filets liberally with sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper.
2. Layer 2 lemon slices, and dill, a few slices of shallot, and some garlic on each salmon filet. Splash the tops of the filets with a big gulp of olive oil or spray
3. Wrap salmon filets individually in tin foil
4. Put tin foil wrapped salmon directly in fire
5. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until fish is cooked
