  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar,sifted
  • 1 cup brown sugar,sifted
  • 2 sticks marg,melted
  • 3/4 cups cocoa,sifted
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup flour,sifted
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt(a little less)



Step 1

Beat eggs at medium speed until fluffy and light yellow. Add both sugars,add rest of ingred. Mix to combine. Pour the batter into a greased 8" or 9x13 (better) pan. Bake for 45 min. or when toothpick comes out dry. Cut when cool.
