Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Milk (I use Soy or Almond milk)
  • 1/3 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 Medium Frozen Banana, Sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Put everything in a blender until all ingredients are smooth, pour in a glass and enjoy!!
